Q: Can I get replacement if there is warranty ?

In case there is warranty problem, please firstly send us photo and breather number.
Then our QC section take care of it very soon, and see if repair it or send new replacement.
Q: Higher watts means higher output lumens and Lux ?
A: No. Lumens refer to amount of light that a light bar can produce. Lux refer to the highest spot of a beam. Watts on the other hand, is a measure of how much electric power is needed to run the light. In this regard, the lumens of a light bar is more important than watts.
Q: How long it takes to ship after payment done?

Q: How to deal with condensation inside lights?
A: Our lights passed IP69K, this problem is few. Sometimes when the temperature changed suddenly or big temperature difference inside & outside of light, it is normally water fog or moisture on lens.
But usually lighting lights on for hours condensation will disappear because we have military breather to keep the air balance.
